2026 China Green Convention & Exhibition Conference Rescheduled to September in Tianjin with 100,000sqm

The 2026 Green Convention and Exhibition Conference (CGCEC2026), originally scheduled for March 25-26 at Beijing International Convention Center, has been rescheduled to September 16-18, 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Tianjin. It will be held concurrently with the 2026 Green and Low-Carbon Expo and the 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo, with a dedicated green exhibition area on-site.

The Green and Low-Carbon Expo is hosted by China Foreign Trade Centre Group, themed "Green Blueprint: Exploring a Low-Carbon Future," with a total planned exhibition area of 100,000 square meters. It is a national-level professional exhibition focused on the entire green and low-carbon industry chain.

Organizers

The conference is co-organized by the International Exhibition Economy Committee of China International Association for Economic Cooperation, the National Urban Industrial Trade Center Exhibition Committee, Global Expo Media Platform, and China Green Exhibition Service Platform. Supporting organizations include the China International Association for Economic Cooperation (Ministry of Commerce), China Foreign Trade Centre Group, and NECC Tianjin.

Conference Program

The conference features a plenary session and five thematic seminars covering green exhibitions, green venues, green exhibition cities, green display technologies, and green exhibition education.

Plenary Session (Sep 16): Industry experts analyze green development trends during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, examining carbon reduction pathways and policy dividends across the entire industry chain.

Opening Ceremony (Sep 16): Policy interpretation and official launch ceremony.

2026 China Green Exhibition Report Release (Sep 16): Alongside the 2025-2026 Green Exhibition Typical Cases publication.

China Green Exhibition Service Platform Launch (Sep 16): Official platform inauguration.

Five Thematic Seminars (Sep 17): Covering green exhibitions, venues, cities, display technologies, and education.

Green Technology Results Release (Sep 18): Energy-saving equipment, recyclable fixtures, eco-friendly materials, and carbon management systems.

Exhibition (Sep 16-18): Carbon accounting digital tools, energy-saving equipment, and recyclable fixtures showcase promoting industry-academia-research-application collaboration.
