On October 10, the 2026 Wuhan Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Expo officially opened in the Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, renowned as "China's Optics Valley." Concurrently, the 4th Optics Valley Artificial Intelligence Conference and Entrepreneurs Forum was held in grand style. Leveraging Optics Valley's profound industrial foundation in optoelectronic information and artificial intelligence, the Expo covers a nearly 20,000-square-meter exhibition area and gathers over 200 renowned domestic and international enterprises. It comprehensively covers multiple cutting-edge fields, including consumer services, industrial inspection, commercial services, and computing power and algorithms, showcasing the latest achievements in China's intelligent manufacturing and AI technologies.
At the meticulously crafted 1,000-square-meter Premiere Zone on-site, 15 companies—including Haier, Huawei, Dianying Technology, DeepRobotics, Jiangling Technology, Qiya Environmental Technology, Yunding Technology, and Wuhan Yuqing Intelligent Control Technology—launched their new products nationwide. This zone has not only become the most popular hotspot at the Expo, but also attracted high attention from industry professionals, investment institutions, and the media, fully demonstrating Wuhan's robust vitality as a national hub for technological innovation and the vigorous development of its debut economy.
Specifically, the debuted new products feature numerous highlights, deeply aligning with current industrial upgrading and public needs. Dianying Technology introduced the country's first aerial embodied AI robot equipped with a robotic arm, capable of precise grasping operations and perfectly suited for low-altitude smart applications such as AI consumption and cultural tourism. Wuhan Huisu Xinghe released the Haier AI Exoskeleton Robot W3 Series, focusing on healthcare and mobility assistance to provide technological support for the silver economy. Qiyue Planet launched the DeepRobotics S10 Pro all-terrain wheeled-legged robot, adaptable to complex operational scenarios like firefighting and inspection. Shuijing Smart Agriculture introduced the Humanoid Greenhouse Harvesting Robot 1.0. Developed for facility agriculture, it features sliding-rail lifting dual arms and dexterous hands, integrating multi-source perception and intelligent recognition technologies to autonomously complete the entire process of precise fruit and vegetable harvesting in greenhouses. Wuhan Qiya Environmental Technology unveiled smart low-carbon equipment for built environments, which can effectively solve cooling challenges in various open spaces and contribute to green and low-carbon development. Wuhan Yuqing Intelligent Control Technology brought an intelligent auto-triggering parachute device, providing smart protection for high-altitude operations and special scenarios. Yunding Technology launched the "Feiniao Lvlv" drone food delivery project, taking the lead in implementing smart delivery experiences in scenic areas and expanding to daily community scenarios, further broadening the application boundaries of the low-altitude economy. Jijing Intelligent's "Luyou" sweeping and washing robot has been in regular operation in over 40 cities across China. Relying on autonomous driving, intelligent perception, autonomous planning, and cloud-based dispatching, it can independently complete road driving and cleaning tasks according to operational assignments. During operation, it identifies pedestrians, vehicles, and road obstacles, adapting to the dynamic environment of urban roads, thus providing intelligent support for improving sanitation efficiency and refined urban management.
Bai Yunfeng, a relevant person in charge of the Organizing Committee, introduced that this Expo breaks away from the mere exhibition nature of traditional trade shows. It is committed to building a complete international cooperation chain from product procurement and technical exchange to channel cooperation, promoting the commercialization and globalization of AI and robotics industry achievements. This initiative not only provides an efficient business matchmaking platform for exhibiting companies but also offers global buyers a window to gain an in-depth understanding of China's intelligent manufacturing. During the event, the organizers also extended targeted invitations to renowned domestic academicians, well-known universities at home and abroad, industry experts, and international procurement delegations, while opening public access to the exhibition to the whole society. Statistics show that on the first day, the event attracted over 50,000 professional visitors. The atmosphere was enthusiastic, with continuous business negotiations and hands-on technical experiences at various booths, fully demonstrating the market's immense enthusiasm and broad prospects for the AI and robotics industries.
