16th CIES Energy Storage Conference & Exhibition Opens in Hangzhou

The 16th China International Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition (CIES 2026) opened today at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. Themed Building a Green and Low-Carbon Future Together, the exhibition exceeds 70,000 square meters with over 1,000 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 100,000 professional visitors.

The conference features 23 specialized forums and exhibition zones, showcasing core equipment including PCS, BMS, energy storage containers, fire protection and temperature control systems across lithium-ion, flow battery, sodium-ion, hydrogen storage, and compressed air energy storage technologies.

The conference also released the 2026 China New Energy Storage Industry Development White Paper, providing important reference for the global energy storage industry.
